  EMIDIO CLEMENTI - President

Emidio Clementi is a writer and musician.
He was the lead member of Massimo Volume for more than ten years, and has released five records with the group. As part of the "El-Muniria" project, he released the album "Stanza 218". His debut as a writer came with the collection of stories "Gara di Resistenza". He has written three novels: "Il tempo di Prima", "La notte del Pratello" and "L’ultimo dio". For a number of years he has been holding readings of his literary works. He collaborates with a variety of magazines and daily newspapers.


  EMILIO GALANTE

He was born in Bologna where he studied the flute and composition and he also graduated in philosophy. He performed concerts as solo and with a chamber music ensemble in Europe, USA, Turkey and Santo Domingo. He recorded for many labels and also for the Italian, French and Swiss Radio-TV.
He also worked with improvised music and composition. He founded in 1998 the ensemble Sonata Islands and recorded a CD and he also promoted a festival of new music in Milan and Trento. He teaches flute at the Conservatoire of Trento.


  TOMMASO LESSIO

Tommaso Lessio was born in Pordenone in 1976. He graduated in Multimedia Science and Technology at Udine University of Teaching Sciences. He has made various short films, music videos and video poems. He works for the Cinemazero cultural association in Pordenone where he is head of the multimedia workshop. In addition he is involved in the festival for young authors, "Filmakers al chiostro" and the showcase of musical remakes for silent films, the KinosoundProject.


  ENRICO MONTROSSET

Born in Aosta, he graduated in philosophy. He founded the production and cultural promotion company "L'Eubage" with friends. Since 2002, he has been director of "Strade del Cinema", the international festival of silent films with live musical accompaniment, together with Marco Gianni, as well as leading the festival for improvisation, "Prospettive". An active musician, lecturer, essayist and record producer, he does not like an excessive use of words or a lack of clarity.


  LUCIANO STOFFELLA

He frequented in the mid ’90 the Zelig School in Bolzano, with various supporting roles for short films and he graduated with the short “elle”. Thereafter, he worked as camera assistant, scenographer assistant, electrician and sound director. As film director, he signed a few documentaries. He came back after three years as editor for Cab. All along he was interested in cinematic images and he considers himself not a “cinema man” as they say in Rome but a film-maker.
